Nyumbani Afrika aims to empower smallholder farmers by enhancing their participation in the agricultural value chain. We leverage tech-driven post-harvest innovations and e-commerce platform to slash waste and enhance market access, driving up smallholder farmers’ productivity and income. The post-harvest handling process helps to ensure that the product attain its optimal net market value. We help bolster the commercial viability of smallholder farming in rural Kenya by providing adequate information and agronomical support across various stages of the agricultural value chain. Collectively, these efforts increase visibility and contribution of smallholder farmers in the agricultural markets and the national food basket.
